We realize the importance of checking every step of the layout process. Our strength lies in our team approach to layout where, by using the same CAE/CAD/CAM software packages, one Designer will check another Designer’s layout for accuracy. Mi-Co Bluetooth design, 6 layers, digital and RF, printed antenna, 0.8 mm BGAs, 0402s.
Automotive ECU. 4 layers, all SMT, except connectors. Thermal vias from power devices to ground plane. Heavy ground contacting housing for heat dissipation.
Three boards in one system. Power supply, surge suppressor and switching control for commercial movie projector lighting. All through-hole. Many mechanical issues.
20 layers, 4 mil traces/spaces, 6 mil finished vias, 1mm and 1.27mm BGAs, 0402s, matched length busses, GBICs with differential and impedance matched pairs.
